VINYL ACRYLIC COPOLYMER EMULSIONS

Vinyl Acrylic Emulsions, are copolymers manufactured from polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and an acrylic monomer. There are produced by emulsion polymerization. Contain in its composition a cellulose basis as protective colloid, more catalysts and regulators in an appropriate and controlled environment, giving excellent stability to weathering, good resistance to yellowing and long lasting.

Its high viscosity, elasticity, gloss, adhesion and moisture resistance, tension, compression and impact, make them specific and useful for those applications.

They have various applications, such as making water-based paints because of their excellent stability to weathering, surface coatings, interior and exterior walls of buildings (graph, textured, etc.). Also recommended for high quality textile finishing, to give body to the fabric (finishing agents).
